Find the Live Photo from your Camera Roll, preview it and then hit Set.You can use it as your Lock Screen, Home Screen or both.
The third video screen shows the nest tree and the canopy from a high-definition cam anchored on a different tree at a lower angle.
If you watch for a while, you may be lucky enough to see eagles flying to and from the tree, and when the eaglets get to a certain size, you will see them begin to “branch” and ultimately “fledge” the nest. The eagles cannot see this light – it is outside their visible spectrum of light. If you were at the nest site, looking up at the tree at night, you would only see light from the moon or stars.
While we hope that all eaglets hatched in this nest will grow up healthy and successfully fledge each season, things like sibling rivalry, predators, and natural disaster can affect this eagle family and may be difficult to watch.
We had a wonderful response to our contest to Name the Nestlings.
We got more megapixels, the ability to shoot 4K video and we also got something called Live Photos.
